What was a given for our\u00a0parents &amp; grandparents has changed completely for us.<br \/>\nNowadays, when life-&amp;working conditions often change at breathtaking speed, personal\u00a0stability &amp; balance become more important.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8230;so why?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The reason is that we can influence these factors that determine the quality of our lives!\u00a0Conflict- &amp; Self-management are decisive skills to survive the competition of our society.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">They also help us deal with growing responsibility in nearly all stages of life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Therefore it is necessary to continuously adapt and reexamine personal goals, plans and\u00a0roles. The freedom we have allows for a new variety of new opportunities on the one hand\u00a0but demands regular reorientation on the other.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cIf you want to understand, learn how to act!\u201d (Heinz v.
