Should we pull ourselves out of the swamp by our own hair? Allegedly only the\u00a0legendary Baron M\u00fcnchhausen was able to do so.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Complex personal questions need dialogue. A professional dialogue partner who serves as\u00a0an anchor, who saves you in the swamp, is essential. It takes enough time, energy &amp;\u00a0professionalism.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Coaching is the adequate method to create a high level solution.
